Security checks can be provided by our patrol units while you are away on business or vacation. When you click on the Security Check Request Form (click here) text above, a form should appear. You can: (1) Fill in the form on your computer and either (2a) save the form to your computer and email it to us or (2b) print, sign, and send it to us via US Mail or bring it to our office. You can also print the form, fill it in by hand and mail or bring it to us. A script signature is not required for emailed forms.
